Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-NICU Job Type Travel An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care. This role is ideal for someone with proven expertise working in Level
III NICU
environments who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to infants in critical conditions.
Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts, three 11.5-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30)
Key Qualifications:
Valid and current Registered Nurse licensure At least one year of recent experience in a Level
III NICU
environment Advanced understanding of neonatal care protocols and emergency response practices Demonstrated ability to monitor, assess, and provide specialized care to critically ill newborns Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams BLS and NRP certifications required Attention to detail and a compassionate, calm demeanor under pressure
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for newborns with complex medical needs Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment in the NICU Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and carry out interventions promptly Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure the highest standards of care Communicate effectively with families, offering education and emotional support Maintain detailed, accurate documentation compliant with hospital standards
