• $42/hr Job Overview Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse and physician.

This role involves delivering patient-centered care, including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and support with chronic disease management. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with the established plan of care and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and physician. Deliver direct patient care including wound care, medication administration, injections (if applicable), catheter care, and vital sign monitoring while following clinical protocols and safety standards. Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), preferably in home health, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting

• required. Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California
• required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• required.

Arrhythmia certification preferred
