Schedule:

3x12-hour shifts per week, both day and night positions available 36 hours per week guaranteed

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted California RN license Supervisor-level experience; strong clinical background in ICU settings

BLS, ACLS, PALS

certifications required (NRP preferred) Proof of negative TB screening within one year of assignment start Flexibility to float between ICU, ER, and Med/Surg to cover breaks

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing staff and clinical operations during assigned shifts Provide hands-on patient care across multiple units as needed Support and implement hospital policies and clinical protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Mentor and guide staff nurses in best practices and leadership development
