We are currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our South Bay territory. In this role, you will work independently in the field while staying connected to a dedicated Director of Nursing and back-office support team who handle the logistics so you can focus on the patient.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$83,200 - $104,000 per year (Based on $40.00 - $50.00/hour + Overtime eligibility)

Provide skilled nursing care including wound care and medication administration. Educate patients and family members on diagnosis and care plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (RN, PT, OT, ST, MSW) and report identified needs to the Clinical Supervisor. Complete accurate and timely documentation in Kinnser on company-provided devices. Maintain effective communication with the back-office team to ensure seamless care coordination. Requirements Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. IV Certification and wound care/wound nursing experience required. Minimum one year of previous nursing experience in the medical field. Valid California Driver's License.
