An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Upon hire:
California Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association National Provider ACLS
- American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider PALS
- American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card
- National Organization within 30 days of hire 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
