5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Job Overview MemorialCare is seeking a Medical Surgical/Wound Care RN to join its wound care team in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is open to first-time travelers with at least 1 year of wound care experience . Responsibilities Assess, treat, and manage wounds, including pressure ulcers, arterial ulcers, and venous ulcers Provide care for colostomy, ileostomy, and urinary incontinence patients Perform wound debridement using various techniques (sharp, enzymatic, autolytic, mechanical) Manage and apply specialized wound care products (Alginates, Foams, Silver Products, Hydrocolloids, Hydrogels) Utilize Wound Vac Therapy for complex wound management Educate patients and families on wound care, catheter care, and incontinence programs Document patient care using Epic electronic health records
Requirements Experience:
1+ year in wound care

Adults, Geriatrics Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
$50.00 - $55.00/hour
California Minimum Wage:
$23.00/hour (Health Care Facility Employers)
Overtime:
1.5x after 12 hours/day or 60 hours/week
