Critical Care Nurse in Montclair, CA

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Responsibilities include:

Administering direct patient care in the ICU in line with established nursing protocols Utilizing critical thinking to assess and respond to changes in patients' clinical conditions Coordinating communication between patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including physicians Leading and educating patients, families, and other nursing staff on care procedures and recovery plans Maintaining patient privacy, confidentiality, and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license for the state of California Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications At least one year of acute care hospital experience, preferably in critical care Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred

COVID-19

vaccination and boosters preferred Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus Must be available to work weekends
