Job Description
Position Summary:
Moraga Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a part-time basis. We are currently hiring for all shifts (AM, PM, and NOC). In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff Provide support and education to patients and their families Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standardsQualifications:
Current and active RN license in the state of California Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work flexible shifts (AM, PM, NOC) Previous post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredWhat We Offer:
