• Home Health Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform procedures such as gastric lavage, specimen collection processing, ostomy care, and spinal tap
• Assist with medical imaging and airway management
• Provide specialized care for patients with dementia and those requiring family planning services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and self-care measures

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Minimum of [number] years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
