The RN will work under the supervision of the Medical Director and/or supervising provider to deliver aesthetic and wellness treatments within established protocols. The provider will support patients seeking injectable treatments, laser services, skin health optimization, and wellness-based therapies. For full-time RNs, additional responsibilities related to training support, clinical standards, and compliance will be included within scope and established protocols. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care (All Providers) Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers under appropriate supervision and protocols Administer laser and skin rejuvenation treatments within scope and training Assist in aesthetic and wellness consultations and support development of individualized treatment plans Provide education on skincare, treatment expectations, and post-procedure care Participate in wellness services such as medical weight loss, IV therapy, peptides, and related offerings (as permitted within scope) Maintain accurate, compliant, and detailed documentation Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with California RN scope of practice and Medical Director protocols Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care Additional Responsibilities (Full-Time Providers) Assist with onboarding and training support for clinical staff within RN scope Support documentation standards and compliance protocols Help maintain treatment consistency and patient safety standards across locations Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices Required Credentials Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, in good standing Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Ability to work under physician supervision and within established protocols Experience & Interest Preferences Prior experience in medical aesthetics strongly preferred and prioritized Experience with injectables, laser treatments, and aesthetic consultations highly desirable Experience or strong interest in skin health and medical-grade skincare Experience or interest in wellness services such as weight loss programs, IV therapy, or peptides Existing social media presence related to aesthetics or wellness — or willingness to develop one within the practice brand Compensation & Benefits Compensation is structured as follows: Base hourly pay starting at $65/hour, or a percentage of individual revenue production (whichever is higher each pay period) Compensation is paid biweekly Additional retail sales commission Benefits (Full-Time Providers) Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Two (2) weeks paid vacation One (1) week paid sick leave CME reimbursement Participation in a profit-sharing plan, based on eligibility and plan terms Complimentary staff treatments (within established guidelines) Discounted retail products and services Ongoing education and advanced aesthetic training opportunities Schedule Expectations Our practice operates Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM.
