About the Opportunity Omni Staffing LLC is currently hiring experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a prestigious retirement living community in Napa Valley. Residents enjoy luxury retirement living surrounded by the beauty of Napa Valley's vineyards and natural landscapes. This exceptional community offers a resort-style environment where quality care and resident satisfaction are top priorities. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' health conditions and document observations Coordinate with healthcare providers and care teams Maintain accurate nursing records and medication documentation Respond to resident concerns and medical needs promptly Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being Qualifications Current California LVN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Benefits Competitive pay Weekly pay Flexible scheduling Day and evening shifts available Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to work in a luxury retirement community
