  • Temporary Omni Staffing LLC is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a premier retirement living community in Napa Valley.
Residents enjoy luxury retirement living surrounded by the beauty of Napa Valley's vineyards and natural landscapes. This exceptional community offers a resort-style environment where residents receive exceptional care in a welcoming and professional setting. Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident health status Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation Respond to resident health concerns and emergencies Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Qualifications Current California RN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Benefits Competitive pay Weekly pay Flexible scheduling Day and evening shifts available Opportunity to work in a luxury retirement community Supportive staffing and clinical teams If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating positive resident experiences, we encourage you to apply today.
