Job description Vetted is seeking a RN - Home Health for a travel job in Napa, California . Must have 2+ years of experience. This contract pays approximately $14,698/month gross.
Assignment details:
Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 8 hour shifts Hours per week: 40
Start Date:
ASAP Job responsibilities: Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures. Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies. Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
