This is not a position for someone who simply performs treatments. We are looking for a provider who is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences, building long-term relationships, educating patients, and confidently recommending comprehensive treatment plans that deliver outstanding results. Services Performed Experience with the following is preferred: Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau) Dermal Fillers Sculptra PRP/PRF Microneedling RF Microneedling Hydrafacial TriLift AgeJet Plasma BioRePeel Hair Restoration Treatments Medical Grade Skincare Training may be provided on select services for the right candidate. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes Conduct comprehensive consultations Develop customized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options and expectations Consistently recommend packages, memberships, and treatment plans Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare Build long-term patient relationships Rebook patients before they leave the office Request and generate Google and Yelp reviews Maintain accurate charting and documentation Collaborate with providers and front office team Participate in team trainings and sales meetings Follow all medical and safety protocols Sales Expectations (Required) This role requires strong sales ability. The ideal candidate understands how to: Convert consultations into treatment plans Sell packages and treatment series Enroll patients into memberships Recommend medical-grade skincare Increase patient retention Maximize lifetime patient value Follow up with leads and consultations when appropriate If you are uncomfortable discussing treatment recommendations, packages, memberships, or skincare, this position is likely not the right fit.
