The ideal candidate will have strong acute clinical nursing experience, home health expertise, and the ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Required Experience Home Health Minimum 2 years of acute clinical nursing experience . Clinical home health care experience is required . Hospice Minimum 2 years of acute clinical nursing experience or home health experience. Preferred Experience Previous hospice nursing experience . Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited nursing program. Required Certifications & Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California . Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid driver's license. Reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition, meeting state and organizational requirements. Required Skills Home Health Care Acute Clinical Nursing Patient Care Physical Assessment IV Therapy Preferred/Additional Skills Hospice Nursing Pain Management Infusion Therapy Medication Administration Nursing Interventions Patient Teaching Discharge Planning Evidence-Based Nursing Ethical Decision-Making Specimen Collection Nutritional Needs Management Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
