00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a W-2 position, with overtime paid at time and a half. We are looking for an LVN who takes real pride in being excellent at IV's — someone who can start a vein with confidence, mix nutrient infusions with precision, and make every patient feel calm and cared for from the moment they sit down. You'll be mixing and administering nutrient IV's, preparing and administering injections, collecting blood samples and getting patients ready for their supplements and treatments, all day, every day. Skills Needed Extremely strong IV start skills (confident, first-stick accuracy across a wide range of patients), performing blood draws, nutrient IV mixing and administration, injection and supplement prep, sterile technique, and the ability to keep patients calm and comfortable throughout their visit. Your Role & Support You'll be in the lab and working in the IV area. Your focus should be on clean technique, fast and comfortable IV starts, and a great patient experience. You'll work closely with our nursing, medical assistant, reception, and provider teams, and you'll always have support nearby if you have a question. The Gig You'll join our awesome team and help with… Mixing and administering nutrient IV's (Myers cocktail, glutathione, and more) for a wide range of patients. Preparing and administering injections (B12, peptides, and more) Performing and collecting blood samples to submit to laboratory Prepping patient supplements and treatments. Keeping patients comfortable and at ease throughout their visit — a calm, reassuring presence matters as much as a clean stick.
