Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the OB/GYN department
• Assist with gynecological exams and procedures
• Monitor and assess the health of pregnant women
• Educate patients on prenatal care, childbirth, and postpartum care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize electronic medical record systems

Requirements :

• Valid nursing license and certification as an OB/GYN nurse
• Knowledge of obstetric and gynecological procedures and treatments
• Proficiency in using medical coding systems such as ICD-10
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize patient care tasks effectively
