Weeks Orientation:
40 Hours (Non-Billable) Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (California) required Minimum 2 years L&D experience required (postpartum experience required) Strong experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:3 Epic EMR experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills Required Certifications ACLS required BLS required NRP required AWHONN Intermediate required AWHONN Advanced preferred Job Responsibilities Provide direct care for laboring and postpartum patients Monitor fetal and maternal status during labor and delivery Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries Administer medications and emergency interventions as needed Educate patients on labor, delivery, and postpartum care Collaborate with OB physicians, anesthesiology, and neonatal teams Maintain accurate documentation in Epic system Float to similar units as required Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols For more details contact at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
