These nurses are expertly cross trained in various specialties and are deployed to areas experiencing increased patient volume, staffing shortages, or other emergent needs. They bring exceptional flexibility, adaptability, and clinical expertise to every assignment, ensuring continuity of care and upholding the highest standard or patient safety and satisfaction. Their broad skill set enables them to seamlessly integrate into diverse clinical environments, including medical-surgical, PICU, NICU, emergency, and specialty units - while consistently delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Required qualifications:

At least 5 years of pediatric critical care (PICU) neonatal critical care will be considered (NICU) RN experience required The flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Health locations Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
