Registered Nurse (RN) -
Full-Time AM Shift McClure Post Acute Pay Rate:
$50.00-$55.00 per hour Join Our Team McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis for the AM shift. The RN plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating resident services, and ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and emergency situations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies Participate in care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR/BLS certification Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Benefits Competitive pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team-oriented work environment Employee recognition programs
