Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment (exact shift details provided during the interview process)
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license Recent CVOR nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile field protocols Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of cardiovascular surgical procedures in the OR Monitor patient status, respond rapidly to changes, and collaborate with the surgical team Implement strict infection control and patient safety practices Safeguard equipment, manage instruments and supplies with meticulous attention to detail Educate patients and families pre- and post-procedure as needed
