As a skilled RN specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing, you'll play a pivotal role in providing surgical care for heart patients. Collaborate with expert surgical teams, utilize advanced medical technology, and refine your professional expertise—while expanding your network in one of the Bay Area's most dynamic settings.
Desired Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license 2+ years of recent CVOR experience
BLS & ACLS
certifications (AHA preferred) Demonstrated expertise with CVOR procedures, instrumentation, and sterile technique Strong problem-solving & communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub in CVOR surgeries, ensuring patient safety at every step Anticipate the needs of surgeons and other team members during procedures Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies as needed Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to quality initiatives
