Desired Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile technique Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery Scrub and circulate during CVOR procedures Monitor patient status and document care appropriately Support surgeons and anesthesia providers during operations Maintain a sterile and organized environment Educate patients and families on pre- and post-op care Ensure adherence to established protocols and safety standards
