Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing care to our residents during the day shift. Ensure full compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations. Collaborate warmly with physicians, residents, and their families to maintain optimal health plans. Oversee and support certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to maintain high care standards. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California. Current CPR/BLS certification. A genuine passion for working with seniors in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
