Most of your patients are funneled in from other units providing you with the opportunity to build on your education and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency. Every day you will provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients ranging from adolescent to geriatric. You will adeptly manage more complex patient situations with assistance and supervision, and actively assist in overseeing patient care administered by other nursing staff.
