Ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including residential, assisted living, nursing homes, and critical care environments. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in the management of patients with chronic conditions, including dementia care and geriatrics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards. Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Strong knowledge of primary care practices and procedures.
  • Experience in assisted living or nursing home environments.
  • Proficiency in dementia care techniques.
  • Familiarity with occupational health practices.
  • Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine principles.
  • Understanding of geriatrics and age-related health issues.
  • Experience working in ICU or critical care settings.
  • Ability to provide pediatric nursing care when required.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.
