Pay & Schedule Follow-Up Visits:
$45-$75 per visit Start of Care (SOC)
Visits:
$100-$125 per visit Flexible scheduling: per diem, part-time, or full-time opportunities
Note:
This is per-visit pay, not hourly. Consistent assignments available. Key Responsibilities Assess patient health and home environment Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and families on care plans Coordinate care with physicians, RNs, and the care team Document patient progress and update records Supervise home health aides as needed Participate in on-call rotation Qualifications Active RN license in California Current CPR certification 1+ years nursing experience (home health preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable with electronic charting and mobile healthcare technology Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Able to work independently in the field and perform physical tasks (lifting, transferring patients) What We Offer Flexible schedules - work around your life Competitive per-visit pay - rewarding compensation for your skills Autonomy and independence in practice Supportive leadership and accessible clinical supervision Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community
