Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Nurse 3 for a contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIREDSKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):- Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of experience
- Requires nursing curriculum and registration by a state board of nursing.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are looking for a part-time/on-call Nurse 3 to support our Environmental, Health, Safety and Medical (ESHM) department. As a member of the ESHM department you'll get to support the Medical team.
- Provides nursing services to employees or persons who become ill or suffer an accident.
- Administers first aid; operates dispensary; attends subsequent dressings of injuries; maintains records of persons treated; prepares accident reports; provides health education information; dispenses standard drugs and medicines such as aspirin and cough or cold tablets; refers contagious diseases or serious injuries to company or employees physician; and may assist doctors in examining patients.
