Hours/Week Work Schedule:

Part-Time / On-Call Key Responsibilities for Nurse 3 Provide nursing services to employees who become ill or suffer workplace injuries. Administer first aid and provide follow-up treatment and injury care. Operate and support onsite medical dispensary activities. Maintain treatment records and employee medical documentation. Prepare accident and injury reports. Provide employee health education and wellness information. Dispense standard medications in accordance with company policies and nursing regulations. Refer serious injuries and illnesses to physicians or emergency care providers. Assist physicians during employee examinations and evaluations. Support the Environmental, Health, Safety and Medical (ESHM) department as needed. Must-Have Qualifications for Nurse 3 Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by a State Board of Nursing. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Experience providing first aid, injury assessment, and employee health services. Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work onsite in Palmdale, CA. Preferred Qualifications for Nurse 3 Occupational Health Nursing experience. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or corporate health environments. Experience with workers' compensation case management. Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience providing health education and wellness support. Familiarity with OSHA and workplace health programs.

Pay:

$50.00 - $68.00 per hour
