Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub in the operating room for diverse surgical procedures Adhere strictly to aseptic and sterile technique requirements Provide direct patient care pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies with confidence and knowledge Accurately document care and maintain patient safety protocols

Desired Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Recent experience in an operating room setting (minimum one year preferred) BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications a plus Proficient in high-pressure situations and strong critical thinking skills Adaptable to new technology and committed to evidence-based practice
