This assignment is ideal for an RN with strong long-term acute care experience, ventilator and tracheostomy management skills, and the ability to care for medically complex patients requiring extended hospitalization.

Pay Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC patients using the full Nursing Process Care for medically complex patients requiring extended acute treatment Manage telemetry and continuous cardiac monitoring Deliver skilled wound care (preferred experience) Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient care planning Delegate tasks appropriately based on team skill level Supervise and support assigned clinical staff

Required Qualifications:

Active CA RN license Minimum 1+ years of clinical RN experience LTAC or Acute care or hospital experience preferred Strong experience with vents, trachs, and central lines Required Certifications (must be American Heart Association):

BLS ACLS
