Full Job Description Job Description:
Art of Healing Home Health Care, Inc. is currently looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) who can speak Mandarin to provide skilled nursing care to our home health patients. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, skilled nursing visits, care coordination, patient education, medication management, and communicating with physicians, patients, and family members regarding the patient's plan of care.
Requirements:
Current and valid RN license in California Must be able to speak Mandarin Home health experience preferred Knowledge of OASIS documentation preferred Reliable transportation Current CPR/BLS certification Professional, dependable, and compassionate Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
Responsibilities:
Perform skilled nursing visits in the patient's home Complete assessments and documentation accurately and timely Provide patient and caregiver education Monitor patient condition and report changes to the physician Follow the physician's plan of care Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
