This is a great opportunity for an experienced Operating Room RN seeking professional growth in a supportive clinical environment. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical setting. The RN will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures and optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room environment Prepare patients and surgical rooms for procedures Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control and safety standards Collaborate with physicians and surgical staff during procedures Monitor patient status and respond appropriately during surgical interventions Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the perioperative process Support patient safety and quality care initiatives Schedule Flexible shift options available with start times at: 7:00 AM 9:00 AM 3:00 PM Requirements Active RN License Operating Room nursing experience required Ability to adapt to different hospital settings Flexibility to occasionally work at Healdsburg or Santa Rosa Memorial locations Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Why Join Us?
