Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient symptoms and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques
• Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens as needed
• Assist doctors during medical procedures
• Provide primary care to patients in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, or nursing homes
• Manage pain medication administration and pain management techniques
• Provide specialized care for infants in neonatal units or pediatric settings
• Work in intensive care units (ICUs) to monitor critically ill patients

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and patient care protocols
• Ability to lift and move patients safely when necessary
• Familiarity with medical imaging technologies and their usage in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Experience working in a medical office or hospital setting preferred
