0700AM-3PM/2PM-1030PM. Weekends needed!
Pay Range:
$38-40
What You'll Do:
Provide direct care and administer medications and treatments to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care, in accordance with physician orders and state regulations. Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and behavior; document and communicate changes to physicians, families, and team members promptly and accurately. Support the development and ongoing updates of residents' Personal Service Plans, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers. Perform medical tasks such as wound care, catheter care, oxygen administration, and injections as permitted by licensure and community standards. Supervise and monitor medication administration, including transcriptions, narcotic counts, and proper storage/disposal, ensuring full compliance with policy. Respond to emergencies, manage family and resident concerns professionally, and maintain thorough shift documentation for quality and compliance. May assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance. Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices. Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements. Current nursing license required; must be in good standing and free of disciplinary action. At least one year of experience preferred, but not required.
