PM Shift Pay:

$38.00-$42.00 per hour We're looking for a Full-Time LVN to join our PM nursing team. As an LVN on our PM shift, you'll bring your clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and attention to detail to every resident interaction. Working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team, you'll help uphold the high standard of care our residents deserve while continuing to grow as a nursing professional. What You'll Do Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Complete resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition Communicate significant changes in resident status to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team Accurately document care, assessments, and clinical observations Supervise and support CNAs while promoting quality resident care Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition Help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality clinical outcomes Qualifications Active California LVN license required Current BLS certification preferred Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work the full-time PM shift schedule Why Join Us?
