Job Description

Nature and Scope:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Compensation Philosophy:
We have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate successful candidate for 30 years of relevant experience
Compensation Range:
$48.11 - $68.59 / hour Job Status /

Day Shift Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current California RN license. Current certification in CPR. ACLS and PALS required to obtain within six months of employment.
Experience:
One (1) year experience working full-time.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to utilize the nursing process in the provision of nursing care including but not limited to administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating a plan of care, collaborating with other health care providers and providing education to patients and/or significant others.
Responsibilities:
Collects patient health data. Analyzes the assessment data in determining diagnoses/patient problems. Identifies expected outcomes individualized to the patient. Develops a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. Implements the interventions identified in the plan of care. Benefits /

Child Care:
PDH is thrilled to provide our Child Care Center services to all families in our area. Our program is operational from 7:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday, and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years. After submitting your application, our Child Care Director will get in touch with you about your acceptance into the program. Once approved, we will start the enrollment process.
