We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetics Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic nursing and be proficient in a variety of aesthetic procedures, including Botox, laser hair removal, microneedling, medical grade chemical peels, laser tattoo removal, and IV therapy. The successful applicant will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing the highest level of patient care. As a Registered Nurse in our clinic, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing effective health coaching strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform aesthetic procedures including Botox injections, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, laser tattoo removal, and IV therapy. Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients about treatment options, benefits, risks, and aftercare. Monitor and manage patient outcomes, ensuring a safe and effective treatment experience. Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. Create and contribute to social media content that showcases treatments and client experiences. Able to work Fridays and Saturdays. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in aesthetic treatments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Manage administrative tasks, including patient records and appointment scheduling. Willing to expand knowledge on aesthetic procedures and techniques to further advance treatment capabilities.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in California Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing No aesthetics experience necessary. Certification in Botox preferred. Willing to complete certification of Botox and Filler training within 6 months of hire. Strong clinical skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of skin anatomy and aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members. Comfortable and proficient in creating social media content for marketing purposes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
