Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP) to become part of our growing clinic team at Gameday Rancho Cucamonga and Redlands. This position focuses on helping patients improve their health, energy, confidence, and overall wellness through advanced treatment programs, including: Hormone Optimization / Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Medical Weight Management Peptide Therapy The ideal candidate is confident working independently, communicates well with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and consultations Review and interpret laboratory results Create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings Prescribe and monitor TRT, medical weight loss, and peptide therapies Perform in-office procedures and injections as needed Educate patients on treatment expectations, protocols, and long-term wellness strategies Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant patient documentation Work closely with clinic staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Experience in hormone therapy, wellness, aesthetics, or weight loss is preferred but not required Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a high-energy clinical setting What We Offer Consistent patient demand and strong clinic growth Supportive team environment No hospital call, overnight shifts, or emergency care responsibilities Opportunity for professional growth and advancement Ability to make a meaningful impact on patients' health and quality of life Competitive compensation based on experience
