Position:
Nurse Practitioner Job Description:
As a Nurse Practitioner at Little Star Pediatric Urgent Care, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional pediatric healthcare services. You will work closely with our team of dedicated professionals to offer specialized care to children in need. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assessing and diagnosing pediatric patients' health conditions.
  • Procedures including minor laceration repair and basic X-ray interpretation.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Prescribing medications and administering treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborating with our team of physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Educating patients and their families on health and wellness.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Upholding our mission to provide high-quality pediatric specialized care always, and in all ways.
Qualifications:
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in California.
  • Proficiency in pediatric assessment and treatment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and dedication to delivering high-quality care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
