Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN/LPT to join our team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Redding, CA. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission of clinical excellence. As a Staff Nurse, you will play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our clients through dedicated nursing practices. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in inpatient settings. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Respond effectively to emergency situations as needed. Assists in supervising Recovery Advocates. Complete chart audits. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications Current LVN or LPT license in the state of California. Proven experience with substance use disorder clients preferred. Strong skills in patient assessment and basic life support. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for effective documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Experience with trauma care or mental health preferred but not required.
