We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and motivated Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and skincare recommendations Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records Assist in growing the practice through patient retention and social media/content participation Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, and techniques Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience, preferred 2 year experience Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships Sales-minded with passion for aesthetics and beauty industry Preferred Experience PRP/PRF treatments Microneedling Laser treatments Weight loss programs Medical-grade skincare sales Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Bonus and commission opportunities Employee discounts on treatments/products Schedule Day shifts Duties Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser therapies with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history reviews, and skin evaluations to determine suitable treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and safety protocols to ensure informed decision-making. Manage clinical documentation accurately within electronic health record (EHR) Support clinic operations by preparing treatment areas using sterile techniques, managing inventory of supplies like dermal fillers and laser equipment, and ensuring compliance with infection control standards. Experience Proven experience in medical office settings with a focus on aesthetic procedures or dermatology preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in administering injections such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. Familiarity with advanced laser treatments including esthetic laser therapy and laser skin resurfacing. Experience working with diverse patient populations.
