Bed Congregate Living Health Facility Pay:

$32•33 per hour (DOE)

Shift Differentials:

+$2 NOC shift, +$1 weekend

Schedule:

Saturday & SundayShift:

6:00 PM-6:30

About the Role Blue Jay Manor is a 6-bed congregate living health facility that operates with the clinical standards of a subacute/SNF setting in a calm, home-like environment. This weekend NOC role is ideal for an LVN who is confident working independently, values a structured shift, and takes pride in providing attentive overnight care. With a low census, you'll have the ability to stay on top of your residents, anticipate needs, and maintain a smooth, well-managed shift. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care including trach and vent support Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor residents closely overnight and respond to changes in condition Complete timely and accurate documentation in PointClickCare Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized environment throughout the shift Requirements Active California LVN license in good standing Current BLS certification Trach and vent experience required Experience in SNF, subacute, or congregate living preferred PointClickCare experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
