EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE
One year of experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse license required. Current CPR certificate required. IV Certification as evidenced on Primary Source Verification of LVN License (Certified in intravenous therapy and blood withdrawal required for LVNs working in Home Health, Hospice, Ambulatory Surgery, or the Transitional Care Unit). Elder Abuse training required within 60 days of hire. MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (
