Job Description

Join our team! Plymouth Village, a distinguished HumanGood community in Redlands, CA is seeking a on-call LVN responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, our team, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. You will also Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member inspired and accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Our residents are amazing and deserve to be treated so! Come share your passion for working with seniors, it's contagious!
Pay Rate:
$30-34/hour, depending on experience •+$2/hr.
Night Shift Differential Schedule:
Full-Time, Temporary 4 on 2 off rotation Please note this is a temporary position with an assignment duration of up to 90 days. To be successful in the role, you would have: Current CA LVN license Current CPR certification Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred New grads are welcome!
