12-Hour Variable Day Shifts Call Required | Weekend & Holiday Coverage Required Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a busy acute care surgical team. The RN will provide perioperative nursing care, support surgical procedures, maintain patient safety, and collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams throughout the surgical process. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures Monitor patient condition throughout the perioperative process Administer medications and treatments as ordered Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and healthcare teams Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives Required Qualifications Active California RN License Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience BLS Certification required Strong perioperative nursing and surgical services experience EPIC experience preferred Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of OR RN experience ACLS Certification Experience with a variety of surgical specialties and procedures For more details reach at
