Travel assignment Rotating shifts (specific scheduling provided upon assignment)Desired Qualifications:
Current RN license BLS, ACLS, andPALS/ENPC

highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency in advanced patient assessments across age groups Experience in emergency nursing, medication administration, and rapid response situations Proven ability to manage complex, multi-patient demands in a high-acuity settingKey Responsibilities:
Perform assessments on admission and reassess regularly using a systematic approach Develop and update individualized care plans throughout the shift Safely administer medications and treatments, monitoring for efficacy and side effects Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding with tailored resources Communicate changes in condition promptly using SBAR handoff methods Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate, timely, and legible documentation of all care and interventionsBenefits and Perks:
