Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license (RN), valid in California Minimum of 1 year recent Medical-Surgical RN experience preferred BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred Proficient in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care Strong communication and organizational abilities Comfortable adapting to new teams and settings quickly
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress Collaborate effectively with physicians, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Delegate and supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other ancillary staff Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations
