Qualifications:
Current RN license (California, or multi-state compact accepted) Minimum 2 years recent experience in CVOR nursing Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association Proficient in all facets of CVOR procedures (scrubbing, circulating, cardiac cases) Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality perioperative care to cardiovascular surgical patients Prepare operating rooms for complex cardiac procedures Collaborate closely with anesthesia, surgical, and perfusion teams Continuously monitor patients' status and respond rapidly to changing conditions Document accurately in the electronic health record, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
