Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Specialization or prior experience in CVOR required Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments Excellent communication skills and flexibility Proficiency in patient assessment, intraoperative care, and supporting complex cardiovascular cases
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care throughout the perioperative period for cardiovascular surgical procedures Scrub and circulate in the CVOR, ensuring optimal patient safety and sterile field maintenance Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied team members Demonstrate rapid critical thinking and adaptability during urgent situations Uphold hospital policies, infection control standards, and quality care initiatives
